Avoid the Negativity

Some people are miserable. For whatever reason, they don't feel loved, noticed or respected and they want to make as many other people feel the same inner turmoil as they do. Maybe they were abandoned by their parents. Or experienced a bad marriage, divorce or relationship breakup. Something has left them so irreparably mentally and emotionally damaged that they can't move on, and as the old saying goes, "Misery loves company."

Sisters, don't be a toxic person. While you're busy hating people and trying to hurt them, you're also hurting yourself and digging yourself deeper into a dark hole. When you are angry, take time out to be alone and find things to diffuse your frustration. When you are sad, take time alone to find things that make you happy. When you are happy, reach out to others for inspiration and motivation.

We all fall down sometimes, and that's okay as long as you keep getting back up stronger and better than before.
